Need help installing ES shifter plate bushings

does anyone have pics of the installation or installed the red/black urethane bushings from ES. I got the kit today and it came with instructions with no images and without the images its hard to follow. I dont know which part goes underneath the shifter plate, the stepped bushing or the ring one? or what side does it face properly? Can anyone help me with this?

The directions are pretty clear. Insert the main part of the bushing through the top of the plate, install the smaller ring around the bottom.
