need help car stalling then reving high

my car was stalling then i adjusted the bliss screw helped a little doesnt stall but still is low like 200-300 rpm, but now its reving high like 1800 then sometimes it will rev high and low like voom like i am reving it but i am not? i checked boost leak nothen, maybe ISC sensor???, i do have my egr blocked off maybe that, need help!!!!!!

i did intake tester today a little air coming from tb but isn't that normal for a little to come out, casue the tb never closes all the way right??

Well the only way a vacuum leak could affect your idle is if it were after the ISC. So check for that, if it still doesnt show any leak then its your ISC or the BISS. Try replacing the BISS first since its only like 5 bucks whereas the ISC is expensive. I have an old ISC from my 2g if you want one. I replaced it when i built the engine.

BTW: Every DSM's ISC will stop working some day, its just a little motor/servo in their.
