need help bad

i have a 99 eclipse rs with star stage 2 turbo kit rebuilt eng with weisco low comp pistons forged rods new oil pump water pump also fluidyne radiator flex a light fans pullers not pushers and greddy emanage with inj harness msd dis2 for ign and front mount that came with the kit before all this stuff i ran 5 pounds boost with no problems after the rebuild i installed all this stuff including 450inj then i took it to the dyno had it tuned for 15 pounds ran great i put on a tranny cooler but mounted it in front of the radiator and behind the intercooler still ran fine 2 weeks later started 2 drive the car to work half an hour away thats when problems started in the morning ran fine but i stopped at 7eleven let the car idle for a good minute before shut down ten came out like 5 minutes later car gave me problems starting had to crank 3 times when started noticed temp high but after few seconds went down to normal came home 3:00pm hotter outside i drive like 80 then the sputtering occurs temp ok pull over sit then drive off fine 1 mile down the road same crap whats going on so i thought the engine could be running hot put new thermoshat in drilled some small holes in it same crap but temp not as hight when shut down car for a little while and restart put colder plugs new wires new coil same thing bu the other day started doing it pulled over for 1 minute with car running took off did not boost the rest of the way home ran with the heater on ran fine i know its not fuel problem ran good air fuel at dyno same with timing already checked thats fin but the heat i think might be doing it but i dont know what else to do i have stock bumper on car only acts up in the afternoon when hot morning fine unless drive it hard the heat coming out the vents when heat on burns my hand but temp reads ok city the car runs fine too dont understand please help sorry so long later

First of all...Punctuation is a big deal on this forum and if you don't use it, posts such as yours will go unanswered because it makes it harder to read and less people care by the end of trying to get through it.

Could be a stupid question, but there is coolant in it right?
