need help asap, timing question

ok so the motor i bought oks like its out of time but im not quiet sure, at tdc the oil pump is in time but the crank looks like its out two teeth is that bad? the pin was already pulled by the previous owner so idk how he had it done or where, but here is a pic

Set the timing again

Yes do timing over. Set crank at its pointer 1st, then oil pump, then cam sprockets. Follow this and make sure you understand the Note on step 22: Timing Belt VFAQ (Timing Belt TSB - ENHANCED)
