Need crush washer sizes

Hey guys Im having problems finding the size and amount of crush washers I need to swap on the 14b. Help please? I did all the searching that dial up can handle Lol. I have almost everything ready to go, just need the damn crushwashers, and new vacuum lines, coolant, rubber coolant hose, and a bung for the Jpipe.

I'm not completely sure of the sizes, but as cheap as they are, you can buy several of each and be covered.
