Name this turbo

I just got this turbo horsetrading and I can't seem to find any info on it. It is a banks turbo thats stamped on both housings. It has a divided t3 inlet and a round 6 bolt outlet and 1.00 A/R with appx 68mm turbine wheel. (I don't have a calliper for perfect measure) the compressor wheel is appx 58 mm ind. and appx 70 mm. It is oil only, no water. The compressor cover has a 2.75 inlet and 1.75 outlet on it. The turbne wheel has 11 blades and the CW has 12 and they are offset like the 16g.

I am wondering what this is thing is good for as far as psi and hp.

This compressor wheel closely resembles the Garrett to4b h3. It seems like it might work well if I can find a better turbine housing for it.

Does it have an internal wastegate attached to it?

I've only ever seen one banks turbo before and it was a hx35. So, I'll start by saying it probably came from a turbo diesel.

I saw this one and it's way different. There is no WG on it. From the research I have done on it so far it is looks like the Banks Sidewinder turbo that is a garrett chra with a to4b-h3 compressor wheel and a q-trim turbine wheel. It is useless to me, I am selling it cause I killed my HG on sat. Thanks for the input guys.
