Name this turbo

Ok so a little background I recently picked up a 90 talon tsi which came with an extra turbo. The person I bought it from only had the car for a month and had gotten the turbo with the car when he bought it. So basically I just want to know if anyone knows what it is. Its suppose to be a t3/t4 and Im guessing its an ebay special but maybe someone can put a finger on it for me thanks in advance. Heres a couple of pics.
