Like some of the other members, I'm not one to be into big kits and flashy paint jobs, but this car is beautiful. My hat is off to you and your work man. Are you planning on doing a fiberglass dash and stuff too? Since you are in the fiberglass/paint profession, it would seem like the logical thing to do with a car looking like that.

Jerry

i will probably end up doing something with the dash. my next step is the speed covers that cover the whole back seat while the top is down. i ordered one for the mustang so when that comes in i'll be customizing it to fit. it is fiberglass so it will be paint matched..so that should look pretty good i hope. as for the dash im not sure what im gonna do with it yet

very nice job, i for one am also not a fan of flashy cars but yours is the exception. i think the color combo helps, a deep red/black instead of outlandish orange/green or blue/yellow. i also like the flakes since this is a showy-type car i think theyre appropriate. would like to see more pics of different angles. again nice job:thumb:

i like the paint and all the body work looks like it was done well and clean. i dont like body kits that are real agresive so im not a big fan of that. but that interior is SICK!:thumb:

Widebody kit is fine, rear bumper is fine, the front bumper is hideous it doesnt go with the car at all and is an ugly bumper in general especially from the side. The spoiler is alright would look better without it. The rims need to go, they have no style. The color scheme looks strange and just ends on the fender, should have just did it all kandy apple red, with black rims, black interior, and black top, with the stillen bumper. In fact come buy my stillen bumper its for sale, since I'm parting out the car and I'm only 40 minutes from you.

got wing? OMG

your top doesnt close because the Z bars (V bars) are bent, they are suppose to be straight, but when the bend, they prevent the top from being closed. do a search for V bars,
I like your car, you do good work!:thumb:

It would appear that he has the funds and know-how nessicary to build the car to his liking. If he wanted to do it that way, it would have already been done.

How many people rice there cars out when they don't know any better, then end up changing it and can't believe how rice they used to be?? I just gave my opionion thats all. I have a strong feeling things on this car will change one day, especially having a fiberglass bumper in new england. :notgood:

It's not about knowing better or not. It's what he likes. He didn't build his car for you and i'm sure he didn't build it to satisfy your tastes so let him do what he likes. He is the one that has to drive it not you...

BTW... Nice car again :thumb:

well... what did you do with you old stock wheels?

I love it!! You can tell by my avatar that, unlike most people here, I AM into flashy body lines and body kits. In fact, my old eclipse was silver and I was going to re-paint it Orion Silver, but then I found my GSX and I'm starting to grow partial to the red. I still have the Orion Silver paint and was thinking of exchanging it for a nice bright red color.

So, my question is... how did you get the red color to come out like that (minus the sparkle/flake)?? Is it a Orion Silver base with the Kandy Apple Red over it? Please let me know as this color is EXACTLY what I had in mind. BTW, I've always loved the 2-tone black/red look as well and have often thought about getting the CF hatch/trunk to match my hood and then paint the roof black as well.

Much Props! Don't listen to the haters!
