My car is running bad help

I have a 96 eclipse rs and when i come to a stop and push the clutch and brake in the car just cuts off does any one no what the problem could, i thought the trottle body was clogged up but its not, i cant think of any thing else it would be

Will it idle good at 750-rpm?

When ever extra load is added, clutch, AC, brakes, PS.....etc, it's the job of the ISC (idle speed controller) to maintain proper idle. Follow procedures in the service manual to make sure the ISC is functioning properly.
