my 1g talon runs rich and feels like its missing on hot starts

alright my talon runs fine when i start it cold when i shut it off and for a few min and start it again it runs rich feels like its missing i checked the ecu to my knowledge it looks good im new to the ecm link i plugged it in to the computer and seen a option checked for enrichment on hot starts could this be the issue?
