Motor swap question

Alright well my motor spun a rod beari fromng and I bought a "new" motor from tiger japenese and alreadyinstalled it in my car, but my question is my intake manifolds are different on my old motor it has the egr and and a sensor on the mani (iat sensor?) What I wanted to know was if can I run the car w/o that sensor and wtf do I do it all the egr hoses/vacuum lines that ran off the manifold.

Yes you can.. look up evo3 intake manifold in search button and it should show you how to reroute your hoses.
