minor interior

i was guna do some minor painting on my ash tray cover, cup holder and some trim...i cant figure out how to get the cup holder cover out so id like to see if any of you guys do. and i broke the knob for the air flow adjustment and half of the insides are snapped around the actual metal piece. any idea how to get that out and where to get a new one. thanks

why take it out? just tape off atound it. and the best place for small pocket sized parts is a junk yard

krylon paint for interior plastics your best bet is to well if you want your parts smooth then sand allthe little mold grooves out or if oyu don't care just sand it down slightly just to make it abit rough then clean it off with rubbing alcohol spray ,dry,put back in car pretty simple
