What is the best way to repaint the interior, are there any methods where the paint wont start to chip or anything?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Make sure parts are really clean and free of any armour all or grease. I would suggest using Krylon Fusion paint as it is specially formulated to bond to plastic.

I agree with staytuned about using the krylon paint it (it works great) and tedious preparation (makes or breaks the job). You also want to do it during nice weather and really take your time. It pays to spray a bunch of light coats waiting a bout 30 minutes between each until its the color you want instead of a few heavy coats. You also probably want to get a good clear coat on it too. use the same light coat process and it should come out pretty good looking. you also want to give the piece some time to cure since you want it to be strong and durable, i don't know exactly how long to cure it for but i figure if its nice weather a day or two should be more than enough. if you need any more information search it on ask Jeeves, they have a few really good step by step directions with pictures. good luck with the project and tell me how it turns out.
