its all good. my cars bone stock right now too.

I had to give in and let a shop do the rebuild....the diff was TOAST! Spider gears ate themselves to pieces...

Got her together with the act2100 and rre flywheel, and straightened out the shifter and linkage.

Now its got a Loud grinding noise on deceleration, it has a bad carrier bearing (low rumble) this is something way worse. i think maybe a toast tcase or rear diff, the diff was LOW on fluid but not dirty or anything. Its loud and i feel it in the shifter, the trans might have to go back to the shop (warrantied). I dont think low rear end fluid is causing this noise not speed related so much as RPM. 3800$ and counting in a stock gvr4 that isnt registered yet.

Alright so i just had my friend nodelite look at my car and he spotted a lot of things i am missing. So his advice was when i go to the meet that i ask everyone there if they can spot anything else missing and take any advice that they give me. So that's exactly what i am going to do. I will be the tall guy with the notebook to take notes so i don't forget stuff haha So if anyone is willing to help me out and give me some advice i would be very thankful.

Nah it's just for me. So i would know what to get for my car. This is my first car and i don't want to give her up. She was hard to find.

Is your buddy Rich Howell by any chance? He is near gilroy, morgan hill is next door.

Definitely come through, you got some good initiative thinking about letting us check the car out and see whats missing. The notebook is a plus!

Are you just trying to get it back to stock? Or getting it ready for smog or something?

If someone has a 2G logger, bring it out so we can see how everything is doing as far as dtc's, fuel trims, and other minor things go.

Nope his name is Eddie and i would gladly bring it to you or Rich to check out. But i dont have the 2G logger. I already got it smogged dont ask how i passed. it is just so i can have a good running car not a ticking time bomb
