Is it critical that there be a hold on the MBC for air to escape? I will be using a low pressure air regulator and it doesn't have a hole. If I really should have that hole, does it have to be on the MBC? Meaning can I use a hose coupling with a hole drilled in the side right after the MBC? If you couldn't tell, i'm going for extreme budget build, yet still be reliableROFL
 
That all depend on the design of this "low pressure regulator", if it allows air to flow backward then "no", you don't need a bleeder hole.
