Hey everybody. I finally got some decent pictures of my 1g. I had tons more pictures from the other night but I was using my friends camera and they didn't turn out the greatest. I tried some different wax also called NXT. I am pretty happy with the results

Konig Rated R's painted copper ... . That's my guess anyway.


DSMRevolution, paint looks incredible .. looks like Zaino or NXT are the way to go for all paint care needs.

Color me impressed....

now that is a badass looking 1g you can never go wrong with bronze on black, and having incredible exterior paint on that old of a car never hurts either.

Damn, Brandon. The car looks gorgous. I love it. Keep that car looking like that. My car should be in the body shop this week. Hopefully it will look better than before.

Yeah they are Konig Rated R's painted bronze (Duplicolor wheel paint). Turned out exactly how I wanted it too

For the interior lights... The gauge cluster is the Euro style found at procarparts.com if I remember correctly. The blue elsewhere I converted using 5000mcd LEDs. That took awhile

The tail lights I painted transparent red using staind glass paint from a local craft store. I clear coated it also. I am not too sure how happy I am with the results though. They turned out great, but I am almost thinking I should use nightshades and get them a deeper color. We will see though!

Thanks for the comments everybody! Also Brandon, too bad you live so far away we could get a DSM meet going. A few other guys from this board come down every so often and its a great time. Also how are you liking your 2g compaired to your old 1g?

My 2g is 10x better than my 1g. But I still miss it. I just like the styling of my 2g alot more. Plus my 2g has leather, nicer interior, sunroof that works, and just all around a better and funner car to drive. Plus it is AWD.

I could always take a road trip. . My car should be out of the body shop this weekend hopefully. I have some goodies to install when she get's back.

Hey man, your car (Eagle RS-A) looks better and better the more i see it (not saying it didnt look good the first time of course ) anyways, the wax you are talking about is the Meguiars NXT (Next Generation Tech Wax) or something like that, anyways, that is the only stuff i use (except for gold class, but i dont notice a difference) but yeah, we will have to get together sometime this summer, i am working more mornings than nights this summer, so i will be working longer shifts, and having nights off on certain days.... anyways, if you think his car is sweet sitting still, you should try driving behind him, sometimes he makes my car feel like i am driving my old car (1990 Ford Probe LX) haha well not that bad, but you get what i am saying. Anyways, nice job with the car, i also got my $250 worth of 60K maintenance stuff this week, and my Greddy Type S.. so i have a few things to do to it on those days that i have off from work.

BTW- I had to throw the whole RS-A thing in when i saw a picture of your wheels, kinda brought back old memories.

Hey Man, Car is looking good! Usually I try and get on here more than I have lately but Ive just been busy as h#ll! Zach and I are coming to Sioux Falls Wednesday I believe so Iam sure I will see you there! I got some new Meguiars Professional line products off of their site and the car looks wet and its been a week and a half! The car is coming around iam just getting the small things taken care of slowly and quietly haha. This summer when I get into some more working hours Ill hopefully start to rip the thing down and get serious with it! Well iam done writing my book!
