May 6th San Jose Meet

It seems like there are more new people willing to come out to a meet, so I'm gonna' go ahead and just set a date.

Date: Sunday, May 6th
Time: 4pm
Location: San Jose food court off of 1st St and Trimble
Addresss for the Carl's Jr. in the food court:
2551 North 1st St
San Jose, CA 95131

One place in San Jose where I think we can meet is at a little food court that is close to the freeways (101, 680, 880).

I made the date a month ahead so if anybody wants to throw in their ideas, please do so. If not, the location is going to stay the same. For anybody in San Jose, I'm talking about a food court off of 1st Street and Trimble. It's only busy on the weekdays (business buildings are close by), there is a lot of parking space, and it's a food court, so we have a place to eat. We shouldn't get hassled for hanging out in the parking lot, but just in case we do, there are a lot of vacant parking lots we can move to that are close by.

So if anybody has any thoughts/ideas, throw them out.

Right by 2 of my old jobs, I know the place quite well. I don't believe cops should bother us. That plaza is DEAD on the weekends, especially sundays.

I only named San Jose as a location because it's the only area I have in mind that is the only place I can think of where we most likely won't be bothered for hanging out.

I'm sure the location being over here detracts others from going since it's quite a drive, but I'm willing to drive anywhere around the bay as long as there is a nice place we can meet and hang out. I planned a meet at the Santana Row parking structure a while ago and got a little nervous of the security driving around.

The date for this meet is still a ways ahead, does anybody have any other ideas for a different location so more people can come? It's not too late.

Would the South Bay guys be willing to meet up and then drive up to a different location? I'm game as long as the we have a good meeting spot (i.e. not somewhere where we will get hassled). The more people that can come to the meet the better.

I don't know, is there? If you want to have a meet in Berkley, why don't you find a location and set up a time and date for another meet? The location, time, and date have already been set for this one (as stated in the first post).

Unfortunately, it's not an easy task to make everyone happy all of the time...

the only thing i'm worried about is that's 5 de mayo weekend and the cops wont be taking any b.s. from anyone. i damn near got impounded a month ago for not having a front plate, ride height too low, exhaust too loud, stereo too loud, driving while mexican etc. im down to go, i just hope our location is far from the strip and the parade. thats all.

The location of the food court is around business buildings, so it's pretty dead on the weekends. We shouldn't be hassled.

I think when this meet does go down, we should discuss the what/when/and where for the next meet (hopefully we can start having monthly meets).

Most likely cuse of the racial profiling on a mexican holiday. Im sure glad no one can tell what the #### i really am otherwise i would have been pulled over hella times.

If anyone wants to meet in the b town this saturday i'm down. I'd say around 9 930 we can meet at the berkely marina. That place is pretty empty except for the few couples that go out there to sit at the water. My friends and I have been out there a few times just messin around and never been hassled. So what do you say

You're doing it wrong.

Start a new thread if you're posting up a different meet. That will prevent confusion between having two meets in one thread, and give you more visibility at the same time!
