Lowered car 1.5", need new tires

I recently lowered my car by 1.5" with the Tokico hp shock/spring kit and the tires I have now (225/60/16 Lexus) rub all of the time. I'm looking at getting either 225/50/16's or 205/55/16's. Which would be best? I'm also looking at getting these rims Sport Edition CD Bright Satin w/Machined Lip, check the offset and backspacing and let me know if it looks good or not. I'm still learning about all of this and would just like some experienced input. Anything help at all would be greatly appreciated. Here are some pics of the car right now.

225/60/16 . Stock should be 205/55/16 and will not rub unless reaaally low. (my 1g is on its nuts not scrubbing, but not a 2g/)

225/50/16's or 205/55/16's. both should be fine. I didnt check your wheel specs but vfaq should have all the stock information with some guidance for aftermarket wheels.

With a 225 width on a 16" wheel you need an aspect ratio of 50 to retain the correct speedometer calibration. A 225/60R16 is a difference of +7% in diameter. Your speedo is reading 4-5 mph lower than actual speed at 60mph, and you've obviously lost a fair amount of tire clearance due to the larger tire diameter.
