First off the car is a 92 tsi awd. Mods are -Small 16g
-Frontmount with short route piping
-550cc injectors
-2g mas hacked
-190 fuel pump
-Safc

Now the porblem at idle the o2 voltage will cycle from .00 or .01 volts. Fuel trims are
Lo-139 Mid-139 and Hi-102 and o2 trim constant 167. While cursing the o2 volts will not cycle either but when the car decels the o2 goes to .90 volts and drops back to .01 but at WOT the o2 stays at a constant .85 volts but its gettin tones of knock as much as 43 counts. The o2 has been replaced with a brand new one and i have searched but no real answer. Any insight to whats the problem or what to check will be great thanks.

The O2 sensor is probably dead or dying. The knock is probably from a bad tune. We need more details to give you any help in the tuning department. Boost level, Safc settings, base timing, etc.

Do you have the honeycombs to put back into the maf sensor? Hacking the 2g mas is kind of pointless and it makes the car run like ass.

Ok. it's stock boost about 15psi, I'll get the safc setting posted asap, but they are pretty much rre basic settings. I went to check timing and couldn't find the timing connector you need to ground I know its supposed to be by the battery area, I got the car and all vac lines were removed, egr and abs as well idling very poorly. Heres a log of a 3rd gear pull. I'm not going to drive hard untill I can get it better tuned. I also have the honeycombs to put back in the maf. Thanks for helping out and for your advice on this its greatly appreciated. Thanks

If your BISS is way out of whack, to the point of the ISC being at the end of it's range, you may see really absurd O2 voltages at idle. I don't understand WHY, but I know it happens (I've had that problem before!)...
