Looking for literature on rebuilding a motor

Hey guys
I don't need to rebuild my motor right now..but im sure i will want to eventually! I was wondering if they are any good books or even websites that go through theory and the processes of rebuilding and putting together a motor. I just want some stuff to read so I can learn! Any links or anything would be appreciated! thanks!

thanks, yeah i looked around on there, i was more interested in if anyone knew of a book dedicated to the entire process (any engine will do) of getting the motor out, tearing it all down, what should be replaced, what machine work to have done, and installing it all back in. I have no one to teach me so I always learn best by reading first then going at it.

Since you said any engine will do, one of my friends that I went to school with had an awesome book for honda that explained what should be done and how different stuff will affect things...it was a really detailed performance book, i don't remember the name, but he said that he got it at Barnes and Noble...

Well after searching around I didnt find anything. But in a REALLY weird coincidence, i was reading one of my few month old Turbo mags and they had a book review section with an engine building book which got 5 stars, i might pick it up from amazon
