Like the title states, i cannot get link v2.5 to connect, it keeps giving me the prompt that it cannot connect to com port 1.
It will not allow me to change the com port. I have updated the keyspan driver as well.
I have dsmlink v2.5, computer is running windows 7 64 bit. So i read from ECMLINK themselves to download VS3 (it supports windows 7, and then choose v2 in the connect options.)
Car is a 1g as well. Computer is Pavillion g7.
Any ideas you guys? I had tried to manipulate the ports, but they dont show up, however when i plug in the keyspan it says its working and up to date.
Please help, car has been down for 10 months and i just want to get it running in time for Aug.
