ok so im having this weird issue where my tail lights do not work, rear signals only the right light comes on but blinks fast, left doesn't work completely. then in the front of the car it seems my daytime running lights blink instead of the blinkers. ihave no idea whats going on checked all fuses and are fine replaced all the bulbs. could this be a relay, or a short? and where do I start looking? it seems everything is messed up from front to back.

forgot to mention when my headlights are turned on the left blinker stays constant on the cluster
