Lean when Cold

I just got a stage mod kit from Dejon. I installed the Intake pipe one day and it was fine. Today I just installed the UICP and the S-pipe. After installing those two things it made my car run off the scale lean and the exhaust was popping. Then after a minute or two it then richened up to about 13.5.(Which is normal for me because I have nothing to tune with.) Any ideas on why this would happen. I only drove it once after the install so I don't know if it will do the same thing.

Also after installing the UICP and S-Pipe I got idle surge. It only surges as I'm slowing down in neutral then for 10 or so second when I'm stopped then it goes way.

Boost leak test.

You're getting unmetered air into the engine.

Yeah I didn't have time to do a real test, but I sprayed around with some carb cleaner and I didn't find anything. I would still like to test with a compressor though.

Never got it in boost. For the first couple minutes while it really lean it was just idling and I had a vacuum of only 5. Once the AFR got to 13.5 my vacuum went to 10-12.

I've also always had that vacuum of 10. I'm pretty sure that's not a good thing if I'm not mistaking. Do you have any idea of what it should be around on my setup?

yeah, definatly a boost leak.

Yeah I know(kind of) of a big leak right under the intake manifold right by where it connects with the TB. I've been trying to find it all through the fall but now it's too cold out and I really need to find it when it gets warmer out. Any ideas of what it would be. My TB is in pristine condition. I've replace all seals because I thought it would be that but it wasn't.
