Leaking coolant from rear water line

its leaking at the rear water line on my 16g. the hose seems to have gotten puntured. i was gonna replace the hose but found that the line w/ the hose is againts the block. i could probably remove it but putting on a new hose would be difficult.

could i saw off a part of the water line so its not againts anything? is there a fix without having to buy a new water line and removing the turbo?

i also had no luck moving it.. i didnt want to put all my strength to it fearing i might break something.
