Leaking Clutch Fluid

Ok i am getting tired of this problem. First the clutch slave and master cylinder has been replaced. Then one day i saw that all my clutch fluid was gone as it leaked from the connection between the slave cylinder and the clutch line. So i replaced the clutch line...and it worked for 2 weeks then started leaking from the same place!!! So i bought ANOTHER clutch line and slave cylinder from Mitsubishi and put those at the same time. We'll see if it lasts... Does anyone know what the problem is?? It seems like it can only be one of the 2 parts...the clutch line and the slave cylinder. Any ideas?????

I had two break at the shoulder of the flare nut on the slave. Cure it by giving RRE $20:

And ditch that stupid accumulator in the bargain.
