I have a Stage 3 KeyDiver Chip Compensating for FIC 750cc Injectors. Also my Base Fuel Pressure is set to 39PSI. I have my Base Knob set to 3 (460) Which Puts my Hi Trim around 105~115. I have my MID knob set to F (-5%). When I'm crusing my O2 Trips cycles around the middle. But once the MID knob kicks in around 200Hz~400Hz, the O2 Drops Rich. If I try to Lean it out 5% It brings the o2 trim All the way to the lean side and I get Knock. Is there anyway I can adjust it make it leaner to bring it closer to the middle? Also when I'm crusing and start building boost and the air flow is above 500Hz I get knock, I'm still in close loop. What to I do to tune above 500Hz? WOT is use to Tune about 1000Hz correct? Also I have GM Maft :D

Is this at wot? Post some logs, fill out your vehicle profile and we'll try to help you out. Are you using only the maft to tune with?

This is not at WOT, Partial Throttle at starting to boost... I notice if I stay under 500Hz, I'm Ok, but Once it goes over 500Hz it Knocks... I don't know if this makes a difference, but Someone told me that at 500Hz it usuallly goes into Open Loop. Since I have the KeyDiver chip with the "Enhanced Closed-Loop The ECU will only stay in closed-loop mode until 4000 rpm at 35% throttle. I have extended the map to a little over 40% throttle at 5000 rpm. This will allow you to run at higher highway speeds (80+ mph) while staying in closed-loop mode for better fuel economy!"
Not sure if that makes a difference... I'm going to try to tune again and see if when I start getting on it, if its knocks under 35% throttle... and see if knocks over 40% throttle at 500Hz. but if you have any input, please let me know... My Car is down now since I'm installing a External Oil Cooler Housing and Cooler, and Replacing my Torn Motor Mount...

From the Full Throttle Tech FAQ:

Once the base is set up, then it is time to work the mid and WOT settings. Setting up the mid knob can be a bit difficult, but there are a couple tricks to make it a bit easier. First of all, the mid area will become active as you roll onto the throttle from cruise, until you build a couple psi of boost (approximately 180 to 500Hz of airflow). Roll onto the throttle like this and keep an eye on the STFT/O2 trim, and watch where it goes until the car goes into open loop (when the trim will drop back to 0%/100%). If it rises, then the car is leaning out a little, and if it goes down, then the car is going rich. Adjust accordingly, if possible. On 1g’s, you can also watch for knock.

Above 500Hz is getting into WOT range. I think you are either going to need to richen up your WOT dial, or you are going to have to get your base settings dialed and then switch in to fine tuning mode to get rid of that knock above 500Hz.

Even though I don't have the throttle at 100%?

Yes, even though you don't have it at WOT. The MAF-T makes its corrections based on airflow levels, not throttle positions.

I see, Thanx for clearing that up... Going to tune again today and see how it goes...
