I know this happened like a week ago, but i didnt see a post about it yet so i thought i would post it up. Ok, im sure all of you have seen the video, if not here is a link...

The kid was a little aggressive in the way he asked the question, maybe a little out of line, but isnt there something wrong here. The kid has about 7 cops on him, but yet they couldnt get the cuffs on him, so they taze him. I dont see why he was kicked out in the first place, he asked a very good question and seemed like his rights were violated.
Im just curious if anyone has any thoughts on this and if this kid has a case against unlawful police use, or what ever it is called. whats your thoughts?
