Is Victory Performance o2 housing good to use for external?

I'm looking around to find a external set up for my car and i was wondering if Victory Performance o2 housing is any good? i heard that it recirculates if you dont have e-prom ecu or whats so ever but, i'm just a little confuse. I was planning on getting the manifold that comes w/the wastegate flange but its pretty hard finding one so i figured i should go the other way for now which is the Victory Performance o2 housing. Let me know what you guys think.

I don't know what you mean eprom ecu?

but I would recoment Punishment racings o2 housing, or SBR.
