the cylinder walls still have cross hatchings in them, i think someone just rebuilt it, put 2 qts of oil in it, reused a timing belt(idiots) and upon fire up, took it to 7k and dropped the clutch.. (shaking my head)

i'll polish it in our engine dept. there actually isn't that much material transfer, suprisingly enough. but ya, i'm going to shot peen it too

id say you might have crappy oil pressure if all of them look like that. but No is the answer
