Is my oil pump sprocket lined up right?

I think i lined it up right using the "which way it has a tendency to spin method." But my car has this funny whine sound that sounds like its coming from the oil pump sprocket area.

If i had it turned so it was balanced wrong, would it just make this sound? It runs smooth

Where is the plug on the cylinder block to stick a screwdriver in to check it? Its says something about it in the manual

The plug is on the back of the engine in the middle center area. The problem is it's very hard to see it and get at it. You have to get under the car to unscrew it.
