Wondering if I could swapinternals to a 2.0 non turbo block but not sure if the crank is the same lemme know if ya know Thanks P

You can not use the crankshaft from a non turbo. The engines are entirely different, the 2.0 nt uses the Chrysler 420A engine and the turbos use the Mitsubishi 4g63 engine. The only possible exception to this rule is if you got a GS Spyder that has the 4g63 engine in it.

But otherwise you are best off just getting the turbo crankshaft.

except eurospec :shhh:

If you were talking about 1g's, which you aren't, the N/T's came with the 4g63 engine, with a few minor differences (cams, and especially no turbo).

Actualy I am talking about 1g cars I dont know how my finger slipped thats a big slip But i own a 92 awd tsi a 90 gsx and a 90 laser 2.0 nt. I just rebuilt the gsx motor and its still tapping I hate that damn cut crank. A new one at advance is only 170 but since I am junking the laser for a bad body but it has a good motor. I was gonna swap over the good internals to that block and crank and fix whats wrong but only if its the same. Sorry for the inconvenience but now that we are on the same page what do you guys think?

As far as I know, they are the same. From what I've read, the differences between 2.0L N/A (4G63) and 2.0L turbo (4G63T) are the head, and something with the knock sensor. Also I think the N/A is higher compression. But none of those affect the crank, so if they are all 6-bolt motors, then I dont see why not!
