My setup is as follows:

20g, fmic, stage 2 clutch, dnp manifold, 3"02 housing and 3" exhaust, safc2, 550's, 2g mafs, 2g pistons on 1g big rods, 255 fp, and a manual boost controller.

I would like to know at what power or psi the injectors will max out at, or if I should just get a set of 660's. Tuning will be done this week, so the injector size is my only concern. All replies are being thanked for in advance.

I know right. 660's is the way to go. I guess I was just waiting for some one to say that 550's would have been good enough. Thanks for the 2 cents.

are 550s sufficient on a 50 trim with 255fp and safc2?

Absolutely not. I'd go with 720's on a turbo of that size and tune with DSMLink to get them dialed in since an AFC would be out of it's correction range.

Just my two cents.
