Redid the fiav gasket with rtf still leaks any ideas ? B the freeze plug on tb.

Also is it possible for the fiav to just go bad?

There is a block off plate you can buy from stm, or make one. There is also a write up on fiav free delete on here. Rtv might not cut it there is a gasket, I don't see exactly where the air is coming from. Are you using a hand pump, you still should spray the area with soapy water so you will know EXACTLY where.

I did the free fiav delete. I was leaking a little afterward from the freeze plug. I took the freeze plug out and reinstalled with a little silicone bead. No more leaks.

So no more leaks? Problem solved, that's great, till the next one . There's always something be it minor or not, so don't give up when/if it does. So that big leak in the video was mostly the fiav?
