idleing weird

whats up guys so i have a 95 gst and all stock except hard intake pipe and turbo back exhaust but while idleing it jumps around a little between 500 and 800 rpms and then while driving if i take it outta gear and let it in neutral it will fall all the way down and sometimes stall out and im not sure what it could be there is a new battery new alternator bov is recirculated and the blt checks out good any other ideas guys

Vacuum or boost leak? Have you checked those?

yea everything was good when i did my boost leak check
