Ok i have tried and tired again to fix the idle and i cant do it. i have done a compression test i get 160 across the boards. I only pull 10 in HG at idle. Idles all eradic when i start the car up it idles at 1300 then once i drive it it idles at like 1500-3500. I have a boost leak comming from my injector o rings im replacing them tomorrow. but it idled like this before they went back. I dont have any leaking vacum lines. All i have for vacum lines on the motor are the brake booster, fuel pressure silnoid, and bov. I have no egr crap hooked up. I have a 6bolt enigne with 7.8 compression. i have noticed that my idle return switch was never hooked up in the first place but that idled fine without that being hooked up. but if i need to hook it up i can and will do. I have dsmlink as well if that helps any.i heard stock vacum is around 18 in Hg is that ture. How can i fix this problem, its a real headache.

Thanks
Dan

The injector seal is part of your vacuum so you have vacuum leak. How much did you pressurize the system? 10 hg is very low, are you sure there are no other leaks around the tb or the intake gasket? Are you burning oil? Replace the injector seals first and repeat pressure test. Good luck.

It leaked pretty bad when we did the test. And no burning oil at all. engine only has 20K on it roughly. with a 10K head on it.
