i need help with my 1g eclipse engine swap

ok i just bought a 92 eclipse project car. it came with the sohc peice of crap. i am going to drop a turbo 4g63 in it but i have a problem does bolt in? will i have to add a mount since its dohc? plus if i use the turbo version wich ecu will i use? i wanna run fwd not awd so what ecu will i use? the newer gst ecu? if so will the stock cluster still work? any help will be greattttttly appreciated. pleez help

Engine... pull and bolt in 2.0
ECU... you want a matching year turbo one (to the engine) and the trans config in your car.
To have a fullu functional cluster, also swap out the cluster for a turbo one with the same year ECU you got.

Honestly, if you want to save yourself a lot of time, energy, and money just sell the SOHC 1.8L car and buy a turbo FWD car. Otherwise, you're going to have to swap the wiring harness, gauge cluster, transmission, engine, fuel pump, and everthing that goes along with the turbo car. Basically, you're going to have to strip the SOHC car down to nothing and then build it back up with parts from the turbo donor. It's difficult, especially for someone who's never done it before.

ok well i have decided to buy a non turbo 4g63 and turbo it myself, so it bolts right in? are u sure? i can wire the car thats no problem, i just need to know wil i hvae to add a mount on the timing belt side ? pleez help
