Haha... Now you can watch horsepower TV and actually put some of their products they test and showcase to use. Seems like all they work on are GM LS, Ford 302, and big block V8's. Oh yea... and one honda 4 years ago...

Hell yeah use to watch that show all the time...every sunday morning

I saw the exhaust manifold mounted upside down and backwards, seems like someone's got big plans...

Was going too, but i'll save it for later down the road

Looks cool, I'd have to change up the interior though. :barf:

BTW, where did you pick up the engine and trans from? I've been wanting to do the same sort of swap for my 1963 C10. If I can't find one it's getting a 4G!! :hellyeah:

Picked it up from a local junkyard

....

Alright guys i'm back from the dead LOL

I promised you I'll keep you updated so here is a update on the malibu

Picked up a bolt in 9in rear-end out of a local swap meet for dirt cheap, however dont be a dumb ass and rush and try to get done early. I was jacking up the rear-end and it just caught the car just right to make it roll back and fall off the jack stands with me under it. I did manage to get out just in time....Remember kids dont rush and have the car properly on jack stands:ohdamn:

yeah i know all about chevy fever. My talon's clutch went out and it was cheaper to rebuild the trans in my 85 custom exended cab truck with a 400 sb than to buy a clutch so i fix it and drove it for about 2 months that when i started to miss my talon so now have both. Good luck with you 6.0

The LQ4 is a very very strong engine. My affordable v8 of choice. 6-bolt mains, and more power and torque then a lot of v8's out there. I would like to put this engine into my 260z someday. Great work. Great choice.
