I got a Bit of a Rust problem

okay. so on my fender in the back. i got some rust started. its the only place on my car that has rust. and i was woundering what you guys would recamend i do. is theres something i can put on there to stop the rust for now befor i paint my car. ### i dont have the money to pay for paint or anything anytime soon. i have pictures if you guys would like to see it.

you can get naval jelly and some other products that have an acid in them that turns rust into "metal", but keep in mind it won't even come close to helping unless you get it on the actual problematic rust parts, not just on the paint. Other than that, you could sand/grind it off and paint it with something else, but it all depends on how much money you have and when you plan on getting it permanently fixed.

okay here the pictures. if you look at the close up. you can barely see the rust at all. i had to zoom really close to show it. but i just dont want it to spread. and what other places should i look to make sure that theres not alot of rust? i need you dsm guys to tell me. i just got the car. trying to get used to it.

finaly i got it to work after cropping it.

the "Cheapest" way would be to sand the area of the rust down 9make sure to sand down that peeling paint also)and spray with some kind of rust stopping spray paint. If you're not familiar with painting it will look ghetto, but it's better then your quarter panel rusting out. If you do attempt it, make sure to sand it nice and smooth and you can get a spray paint handle attachment which will help get a better spray...Good luck!
