Okay, i own a 1992 Eagle Talon auto 2.0L(4G63) NA. One day I was waiting inside the car
with heater and stereo on. Then it starts stuttering( revving up and down from 1k-1.5k),
then down to 500 rpms and turns off. I started up fine and it started shuttering again so I
press down on the gas pedal which actually controls the Throttle body. It revs up nice but
not all the time if i rev it, it looks like it turns off, checkengine light turns on and off and the switch next to the ecu makes a noise. Then eventually it turns off, even if I keep it
at 4000 rpm it shutters and turns off. then i turns on for a second and turns off and the
"gas" pedal has no effect most of the time. I've changed the fuel filter, plugs were good but
I changed them, (Throttle body, O2 sensor, thermal vacuum valve, egr, evaporative
emission purge solenoid were changed but from a junk yard). I thought i had fixed it when
i changed the TB it turned nice and went for a ride, all nice. Then next morning same shit.
In the mornings it runs nice for a minute then it starts it shit. HELP ME IM OUT OF IDEAS!

My first thought is fuel delivery. A plugged fuel filter could do that but since you replaced that my second thought is fuel pump. I would take a fuel line off that is long enough to stick in a container(the fuel line can be highly pressureized, there should be a relief button on or near the injector rail) Get a friend to turn the ignition on while you hold the hose in at least a one gallon bucket (don't try to start it just turn it on to run) Watch your eyes it could splash. If it is working properly it should pump a good deal of fuel in a smooth even flow.
From there you have
AIR
Make sure nothing is choking your intake. Chect your filter and make sure it's not plugged or wet
FUEL
Make sure there is plenty of gas in the car, make sure there is no water in the gas, (If you are unsure buy an Iso heat at the gas station before you test the fuel pump, this way you can start pumping it through the lines) Buy a bottle of fuel injector cleaner as well in case any thing has gummed up in the system(read the bottle but I think you need at least 10 gallons of fuel to use these) There are some shnazzy tools mechanics use to make sure your injectors are fireing properly but I doubt that is the problem
and water no wait I mean spark
SPARK
Make sure your spark plugs are clean and in good condition, make sure your wires are healthy, make sure the plugs are fireing with a good strong spark
If none of these help let us know.
