This is my new setup, whats your guy's opion on rated HP E/T's etc.. and im getting a new job thus larger turbo FMIC BOV ect...better everything what should i run turbo wise? t3/t4 hybrid? 16g? t4? t3? please give me your guy's input

A dyno and a track will give you all the information you're looking for.
Turbo depends on what your future plans are for your car. Track, auto cross, street only, ralley race, etc. Get a goal, then modify accordingly.

Very nicely put. No one can guess at what your horsepower/E.T. will be because it could vary almost a second and a half depending on how good of a driver you are. Only way to tell is to go to the track and make a few runs. At a random guess no more than 250.

okay then with that said, what's a good turbo for just street, and what's a good turbo for street and track? that is my question, but i am just goin to give my opinion and what i think, which may not be too much so if u need to correct me go ahead. i think the 16g series, yes all of them, are good street and track turbos. i also think that the 14b is a good street-ish turbo due to it's quick spool, but from what i've read it lacking in the higher rpm's so that doesn't help ## top end. and im guessin it would be an okay track turbo, especially for awd but would hurt fwd due to quick spool up which equals tire spin. but i've also read that the track times are falling with 14b set-ups, and that's a good thing. im not sure at all on t3, t4, or t3/t4 turbos as i have not done any research on them, but i hear they have nice top end. im curious about the t3/t4 set-ups myself because im wondering if it means that u will have a great all around turbo, one for quick-ish spool up and the other for top end. so if anyone knows about that one i would appreciate that. but i dont mean to jack ## thread man, but this is just my input

The 16g "series" turbo's are great street turbo's. If you want a great street strip turbo with the right mods a T3/T4, PTE 50 trim, or AGP RS49T are great street strip turbo's. With a good tune and supporting mods I have seen people spool this at 3500. Which is pretty remarkable for a 50-trim but then again it all comes down to the tune you have. Tuning is everything with our cars. People you hear that have problems all the time just slap on a big fuel pump, injectors and a turbo and wonder why they aren't fast. It took me 3 weeks of working with DSMLink on my 2g to get it where I wanted it. Back to the subject the 50 trim turbo's are great street/strip turbo's. I plan on buying an RS49T as soon as I get settled in down in Phoenix.

With bad tuning, you could be putting out no more than in stock form... Tune it and go to a dyno or a track.

I would go with the T3/T4. With those mods with proper tuning. You can look at somewhere around 400-450 WHP. Around 118-125MPH. Now that depends on how much boost you are running and what kind of tune. Thats your potiential. It can be faster if you are a god like tuner LOL.
