How bad does this head look?

Just cracked off the valve cover on a 95 talon I bought, can someone tell me how bad the head looks from this picture? The car was said to have lost all oil pressure, so would it be better to rebuild this one or put a new one in?

It looks dirty (much like mine). Are you rebuilding the head to get oil pressure? That doesn't make sense to me. Would it be better to troubleshoot the oil pump first? What doesn the manual say about it?

WTFWTF That looks real bad. I have never seen anything like that before. I have a 91 6bolt engine in my car and this is on a 98gsx.

Lol at the replies the car was bought like this and the white stuff is hornet's nests from sitting for so long they took up residence under the hood, so we smashed them. And the seller had said that the car lost all oil pressure so I told my friend to just buy a different engine instead of rebuilding this one, but I am not an expert so I was asking if it looked too bad to rebuild. I guess we will pull the head to look at the block also.
