hey everyone i have a fairly new clutch in my car the problem is when i got it replaced they did a hack job snap bolts left one lower control arm bolt out etc.. the guy told me that my flexplate was warped but didn't replace it. second my TOB click on cold starts. And last when the car warms and and is driven alot it slips bad. so im considering replacing im not trying to spend tons of money and i am going to stick with the modular but i need a decent clutch and i think a flexplate any suggestions would be great thanks.

i found this one is it any good?

flywheel, not flexplate, automatics have flexplates, similar to a flywheel but lighter and the torque converter bolts to it. i haven't had any experience with that clutch, but have you looked into a spec clutch, ive had a couple and have nothing but good things to say about them and they were decently priced, just have to look around. as far as your flywheel, did the person resurface it? if it can be resurfaced you can save some cash there, if not, you might have to look into getting a new one, unless you can score a used aluminum or oem one.

well my car runs the modular setup so the clutch and flywheel come together anf bolt to the flexplate im almost positive

It's funny isn't it? Yes, the 420a manual transmission cars do use a flexplate, the same as an automatic. The non-serviceable clutch assembly bolts to the flexplate just as a torque converter would.
