1G Hood bump and engine interference

So I have a 1ga 1.8l without a hood bump, I’m considering a engine swap. I know I would need to change the hood for a 4g63, but what about a 4g61? I know it has a 6mm smaller deck height, would that be enough to keep my hood? Or would I still need a new one?

It's been a long time since this has come up but assuming you have good motor mounts I don't think the 4G63 actually needs what Mitsubishi was calling the power bulge for clearance.

It would seem like if it did you could just swap hoods easier than finding parts for a 4G61.
