What's up guys? I just finished installing my custom stage 2 turbo on my 95 RS but had a couple of issues:
Fuel setup is 255lph fuel pump and 12:1 FMU with electrical fuel pressure gauge to monitor.
-Electronic fuel pressure gauge is reading 70 psi @ idle which is pretty high. What do I need to do to fix this and lower the fuel pressure? I already replaced all the vacuum lines with silicone hoses.
-Boost Gauge is showing about -20 vacuum @ idle.
-I did the wastegate spring mod and I get max 5.5 psi boost @ 4k rpm which was my plan until I get a rebuilt engine.
-I hear flutter when I let off gas or shift on my TurboXS RFL bov. How do I adjust the screw so I get a solid release sound instead of the flutter?
-I also noticed that it takes a few more seconds to get the car started since it was boosted.
Any tips and advice would be so appreciated. Thanks.
