I pulled my plugs the other day and they are rather white in color, what is the simpleste way to richen it up a bit. Either using dsmlink or from my aeromotive fpr?
thanks

Well have you made any logs or anything to verify that you're running lean? I would begin tuning with DSMlink if it were me. If you're running bigger injectors than stock, I would log your long-term and short-term fuel trims to make sure they are as close to 0% as possible (you can do this by adjusting your global/deadtime values in the fuel dialog box). Once those are set, you can go about making RPM based adjustments in the fuel dialog box where you need to add/take away fuel.

Also, if you have a fuel pressure gauge, verify your base fuel pressure is correct. It should be 43 psi (vacuum hose off) on 2g's, I do believe.

Sorry but I am very new with dsmlink and not sure how exactly to log my short term and long term fuel trims. I have my stock boost guage reading ltft and at idle it is all the way to the top and at cruize its almost in the middle but a tad higher. I tried to increase my dead time and it still does not seem to make a difference. I have 880 injectors. As of right now my dead time is 315 and my global is -50%, I had my dead time all the way to 350 and it did not make a difference. Any suggestions?

Your global setting seems right for those injectors, maybe a little off. To get the calculated global setting, 450cc(stock size injectors) / 880cc(current size injectors) - 1. That equals roughly -48.8% global setting. It's never exact, though, because a lot of times injectors don't flow exactly what they are advertised as, which is why -%50 sounds about right in your case.

Adjusting deadtime won't have much affect on rich/lean conditions. Adjusting deadtime is actually just compensating for the slower opening larger injectors (I'm 99% sure of that, you may want to look it up again) to get the car to run like stock. That's one of the great things about dsmlink, is being able to run big-ass injectors while having a car that runs/idles like it has stock injectors.

If you're brand new at this, I suggest checking out the tuning guide on the dsmlink website. Also, starting reading through the dsmlink.com forums for some REALLY good information on just about everything related to dsmlink and/or tuning. If you haven't been given a dsmlink forum account (you can only get one if they give it to you), then email either Tom or Dave and ask for one.

Best of luck
