I've been struggling with an idle problem forever.i have no boost leaks and can't find any vaccum leaks. It will idle at 1k and then drop or rev up. When it revs my afrs go richer and it usually drops back down. Sometimes when I rev it the rpms drop to like 800 then goes back up. The rpms also drop when I push the clutch but I was told that's because I have a lightweight flywheel

Any help is appreciated

so far i see you upgraded the injectors and fuel pump but i didnt see a fuel pressure regulator on the list... improper fuel pressure makes more volume come out the bigger injectors even with a longer dead time and tuning. also you boost leak tested so i assume by this point you had replaced the biss screw o-ring and re adjusted the biss screw? might have multiple problems, have you replaced throttle body shaft seals? your rpms dropping when pressing in the clutch could be drag in the trans bearings even when you engage the clutch in neutral the flywheel might make minor difference but the main shaft in the trans that spins still weighs the same. the noticeable difference with light weight or aluminum flywheels is faster rev, the lighter it is the less force the motor has to make to turn it.

I've tuned fuel out on safc to idle around 14.0. would no fuel pressure regulator cause it to fluctuate like that. I also haven't replaced the biss screw o ring because I'm not sure what to adjust it to

yes not regulating your fuel pump can cause rpm to fluctuate and be higher than normal also there are numerous posts on how to properly boost leak test with soapy water and also how to adjust the biss screw. probably start with a regulator and set the proper fuel pressure a boost leak might not be much of a factor in your case.

I'm positive there's no boost leaks. I've pressure tested it to 30 lbs. I'm picking up an afpr this weekend

I adjusted my biss screw and it was idling almost perfect but if I shut the car off and restart it the car idled higher again

after you get the regulator set up you should adjust the biss again, the iac is always going to adjust idle to target which is mechanically higher currently so the adjustment that was made may need corrected.
