Help! name these wheels

These wheels were on the car when I bought it..........Now im going to sell them and dont know what brand they are..........It doesen't say on the back or anything....just the size and offset.......anyone know what kind they are?

They look to me like an old set of giovanna's. I have one on my car and it looks almost identical to this one.

It's one of the many knock offs of the Racing Hart C5. Could be a wheel made by Excel.
