Help ID this wheel....

Im looking for the Name of this rim ( front wheel) in the picture below. I really like that style and want to pick up a set if possible. Im gonna say its ###### for a domestic car, which means it would have an american pattern which i need to know also.. Thanks guys.

Bogart makes some similar styles, not sure what exact wheel that is. Bolt pattern is 5x4.5"/114.3mm.
