Looking at the E-prom ECU (the actual label on the chip) that came with Ghetto Colt, I can see that it is set up for 680cc injectors and a 2g MAF. The word "KNOCK" is also partially on the label so I assume it is to warn me through the CEL light that I am getting a certain amount of knock (?, this is what my search yielded anyway). The question I have is what does "80-60-50" on the label refer to? The chip is supposed to have a raised rev limiter (to 8000) and a 2-step enabled by the clutch switch. I am unaware of who made the chip, but would like to know if anyone knows what these designations are for...............hopefully there are more features that I am unaware of.

Thanks, Steve. How does the NTLS work? I am assuming that is cuts revs (obviously) and timing between gears in a no-lift situation. What about the nitrous that is on the WOT switch, then?

When the ECU sees that the car is moving and the clutch is pressed in the NTLS patch limits the RPMS to 5k. I can't say anything regarding your nitrous setup. If it's not part of the ECU code and is external they likely don't play well together.

Understood, Steve. It would probably be wise to do a nitrous engagement set-up that was controlled by a push button, but still through a window switch and WOT micro-switch. This would kind of take the idiot out of it (which I really need at times)! LOL!

DSMLink has code to can use for this built in or you can learn how to write your own by studying the DSM-ECU archives.

Since the TPS might not change it's value when doing NTLS or launching (that's kind of the point of NTLS and launch control) you most likely don't want to be spraying while the ECU is applying it's rev limiter and the simplest way is by letting the ECU control the NOS.
