Help car is doing weird shaking..

Hey guys i need help. My car is doing some really weird shaking at idle and when i get around 2800rpm's. I have to put alot of gas into taking off and when i do that it still shakes. My exhaust is like putting it isnt like the car wants to shut off just like something is off. My I think its either spark or timing tell me what i should do and what do u think it is.. and Autozone doesnt do the diagnosis test.

Change your Plugs/wires and check for boost leaks.

Im thinking it could be my fuel filter, or timing..

Mine does the same thing but i got a fat boost leak.... And my maf is all ####ed up...
